These Terms of Use govern the use of the IBS Energy Group website, in accordance with Law No. 12.965/2014 (Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet), Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law – LGPD), and other applicable legislation. This website provides informational and commercial content, as well as specific functionalities for clients and those interested in our services, including resume submission.
Resume Submission
To submit your resume, the user must provide their personal details along with a PDF file of the resume.
The user is fully responsible for providing only accurate, authentic, valid, complete, and up-to-date information.
Grupo IBS Energy does not permit the publication of content that is discriminatory, offensive, unlawful, or that infringes copyrights or any other third-party rights.
Storage Validity
By using the resume submission section of the website, the user agrees, through the acceptance statement in the submission form, to the storage and processing of the data contained in the resume for the purposes of analysis and potential inclusion in recruitment processes. The document must be submitted in PDF format. The user may request the deletion of their personal data at any time using the contact provided in the form.
The resume will be stored for a period of 180 days, after which it will be automatically deleted from our database.
The user is responsible for providing accurate and updated information in their resume. Grupo IBS Energy is not responsible for false information provided and reserves the right to delete resumes containing incorrect information or those that are in breach of applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
