Luiz Carlos Rodrigues de Mello

At IBS Energy Group since March 2015, he is an accountant with an MBA in Business Management and a specialization in Controllership from FGV-SP. With over 30 years of experience, he has held executive positions in major national and multinational companies, such as KPMG, Borlem, Grupo Vicunha, Sogefi, Sabó, Grupo Baumgart, among others.

Afonso Augusto Pinto Guimarães

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the State University of Rio de Janeiro in 1972. He is a managing partner at NASA, a consulting and engineering firm, where he has worked since 1974. His activities encompass areas related to the Armed Forces, Oil, and Energy.

Geologist – Institute of Geosciences, USP; Postgraduate in Environmental Compliance with Technical and Legal Requirements, CETESB Graduate School.
2023 – CEO at AC PASINI Ltda, specializing in Environmental Management and Licensing, Compliance, Environmental Supervision, ESG, and serving as a member of the Advisory Board at Grupo IBS Energy.
2019 – 2023: SABESP (São Paulo State Sanitation Company) – Advisor to the Regional Systems Directorate and the Technology, Engineering, and Environment Directorate.

With 20 years of executive experience in agribusiness, Denis has developed business models based on partnerships, driving productivity gains and delivering significant results for the company and its partners. He has expertise in building and developing high-performance teams (team building), managing multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams, with a strong ability to identify, select, and develop potential leaders. He has experience with outsourcing models and business cooperation networks, such as Agricultural Partnerships and Distribution Networks. His skills include developing new business models and innovative products, enhancing forms and relationships to achieve greater and better results.
